Which bus station do I need?
Central Bus Station and Kyiv Bus Station sound similar, but they are two different places. Always check the exact departure point and address on your ticket before travelling.

For routes departing from Central Bus Station and stations served by Kyivpasservice, tickets and live departure information are available through the official UkrPas service. Tickets are also available at bus station ticket offices.
For other operators, use the carrier’s official website or the booking service you used to purchase your ticket.

- the carrier;
- whether you need a printed ticket or can show it on your phone.

What to do after arriving in Kyiv
Once you arrive, check the exact name of the bus station and your location. Some station names are easy to confuse, and the stations themselves can be quite far apart.

If you’re arriving late at night
Check your scheduled arrival time and the route from the bus station to your hotel or apartment in advance. Kyiv has a curfew, so if you’re travelling on a late-night bus, make sure you check the current curfew hours before your trip.

You can find nearby shelters in the Kyiv Digital app or on the official city shelter map. Don’t automatically head to the nearest metro station: some stations are above ground and are not used as shelters.
After the all-clear, check your departure status on the online board or in notifications from your carrier. If needed, confirm the details at the ticket office or with the driver, as the departure time or platform may have changed.
