Napule is an Italian pizzeria serving more than 20 Neapolitan pizzas. In 2008, it became the first pizzeria in Ukraine to be certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana.
The pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven built by renowned Neapolitan oven maker Stefano Ferrara. This gives them a soft, airy base and a puffed-up crust with lightly charred edges.

The dough is made with a blend of wholegrain flours and fermented for 120 hours, resulting in a crisp Roman-style crust. The toppings change with the seasons and may include lemon, anchovies, courgette flowers, and other seasonal ingredients.
