A Point of Invincibility in Kyiv, known locally as punkt nezlamnosti, is a free public space where you can warm up, charge your devices, and get online during extended electricity outages.

If you’re new to the city or just arrived, it’s worth finding a few of the nearest Points of Invincibility ahead of time, even if there are no blackouts right now. That way, you’ll already know where to go for light, heat, and water if power outages start and drag on. During the winter of 2025–2026, for example, some Kyiv neighborhoods had power for only a few hours a day, so a little preparation goes a long way.

The map will then show a list of the nearest points to your chosen location and offer directions. Along with the address, you’ll see each point’s operating hours, capacity, and the amenities available on-site.

Visit the nearest Points of Invincibility ahead of time
Our map is built on open data from the city administration. It shows addresses and basic information about amenities, but it can’t capture details that change day to day, like a generator being temporarily out of service, or working hours being cut short by an hour. You’ll only find that out on the spot.

So take a few minutes beforehand to check the location: find the entrance, see what’s inside, and get the contact of the person in charge. That way, you’ll feel calm and ready to act.

We recommend finding and visiting a few of the nearest points, not just one, since they tend to get crowded during long outages.
