Passage
About Passage
Passage is a cosy pedestrian street in the very centre of Kyiv, linking Khreshchatyk with Liuteranska Street. It’s a great place for a relaxed walk and high-end shopping, with luxury boutiques, stylish showrooms and cafés.
As you walk through, it’s worth looking up. The facades are full of small details — reliefs, mascarons and classical touches — and there’s a small fountain inside the passage. If you pay attention, you’ll also spot a few hidden details: a monument to architect Vladyslav Horodetskyi, a plaque marking the former Fabergé shop, and several miniature sculptures, including a replica of the Scythian pectoral and a tiny historic car.
Passage is just a few minutes’ walk from Independence Square, so it’s easy to combine with a stroll along Khreshchatyk or shopping at TSUM.
