ODESA is a stylish seafood restaurant located near the Palace “Ukraine”, known for serving fresh Black Sea fish, oysters, and premium seafood, all accompanied by live music. The kitchen focuses on seasonal ingredients from local Ukrainian producers, creatively transformed by a skilled chef into innovative dishes. For its outstanding food and service, ODESA has twice won the national “Salt” award as the best seafood restaurant in Ukraine.

What to Try

• The menu offers a mix of cold and hot starters — from canapés, caviar, and forshmak to cured lard and pâtés — as well as a wide selection of seafood and meat mains, fresh salads, soups, and sides. A signature twist here is the creative reinterpretation of Ukrainian classics with a coastal flair: fish Kyiv-style cutlet, borshch with Black Sea gobies.
• Awarded by Wine Spectator, ODESA’s wine list features a curated selection of whites, reds, rosés, and sparkling wines from across Europe and Ukraine. Wines are available both by the bottle and by the glass — perfectly matched to the menu.

For Families

There’s a dedicated kids’ menu with comforting dishes like borshch, chicken broth, fish balls with spaghetti, sweet and savory varenyky, and cottage cheese pancakes (syrnyky). A kids’ play area is available, and on weekends from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, a nanny is on-site to help entertain the little ones.
