Beatnik Bar is a small, unmarked cocktail spot just a 6-minute walk from Palats Sportu metro station, right in the center of Kyiv. Ring the bell, and one of the bartenders will personally welcome you inside.

Behind a plain door marked only by a lantern lies a venue inspired by the counterculture and aesthetics of the Beat Generation — the youth movement of the 1950s that championed free expression and boundary-pushing art.

Cocktails and atmosphere

The cocktails nod to the Beat era in name, but the drinks themselves are modern and often rooted in timeless classics.

There’s no printed menu — instead, guests are offered stories, conversations, and a personal approach that makes each visit a one-of-a-kind experience.
