OG Burger focuses on California-style smash burgers, where everything starts with the patty. A ball of beef hits a blazing-hot grill and gets pressed flat with a metal spatula. The meat sears fast, forms a caramelised crust, and stays juicy inside. That crispy, beefy bite is what OG Burger is all about.
The menu covers the classics: beef smash burgers with house sauces, a grilled chicken burger, and a vegan burger with a soy patty. For sides, you can add fries or sweet potato fries, nachos with guacamole, chicken strips, cheese sticks, or mixed olives.
The bar leans casual. Expect cocktails with gin, prosecco, or rum, plus craft beer, wine, cider, and whisky. If you’re skipping alcohol, there’s homemade lemonade, kombucha, and soft drinks.
OG Burger runs three locations: near the Golden Gate, in Rusanivka, and as a pop-up in Podil.
