Etre Sofie

Etre Sofie is a French restaurant in central Kyiv, located on the grounds of Sofia Kyivska. It stands out for its unique setting, relaxed Provençal atmosphere, and hidden summer terrace — the “Secret Garden of Sofia.” It’s a fitting spot for both quiet family lunches and romantic dates. The restaurant also hosts live music, with schedules posted in advance on Instagram.

The menu includes salads with meat or seafood, main courses inspired by traditional Provençal meals, small plates to pair with wine (like taramasalata, shrimp crudo with kumquat sauce, or vitello tonnato), and desserts. Breakfast is served until 1:00 PM, featuring dishes like avocado and salmon toast, turkey croque-madame, and syrnyky with sabayon sauce.

The wine list offers a wide range of sparkling and dry wines from top international producers, available by the glass or bottle.
