Kooperativ

Kooperativ is a multifunctional workspace located near “Lukianivska” metro station. It offers open space, private offices, meeting rooms, lounge areas, nap pods, food points, showers, a massage room, sleep rooms, a rooftop terrace, and large parking. The space is equipped with a generator to ensure comfort during power outages.

Work formats at Kooperativ:

• Day Pass — access to all services and shared areas (amphitheater, small amphitheater, terrace, kitchen) from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM..
• Lounge — 24/7 access to all shared areas without a fixed desk.
• Dedicated Desk — a fixed desk in a shared room with other residents, 24/7 access to all services and shared areas.
• Office — monthly office rentals for teams of 8 or more, with full access to all services and shared areas.
• Hourly Meeting Room Rental — rooms for 4–5 or 8–12 guests, available by the hour.
