Sofra

Sofra is a Crimean Tatar restaurant known for its warm, homely atmosphere and genuine care for guests. The kitchen follows traditional recipes passed down through generations, presented in a relaxed, contemporary restaurant setting.

The menu features classic Crimean Tatar dishes: chebureki with lamb, yantyks, lula kebab, plov, dolma, shurpa, grilled dishes, as well as aromatic coffee brewed in a cezve and sweet baklava.

Sofra does not serve alcohol. This is a deliberate choice rooted in Crimean Tatar traditions, where the focus is on food, hospitality, and unhurried conversation rather than drinks.
