SHO

SHO is a modern Ukrainian restaurant located in central Kyiv, near Klovska metro station. The interior features glass facades, clay chandeliers, light walls, and Carpathian wood furniture.

The menu includes traditional Ukrainian dishes served in a refined style — Chicken Kyiv, banosh with bryndza and wild mushrooms, dumplings, pancakes, barrel pickles, pies, and eggplant caviar. There are also salads, sides, appetizers, soups, and grilled meat dishes. Vegetarian options are available.

Breakfast is served from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. SHO has its own bakery where guests can order fresh bread to take home. The bar menu offers a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including signature cocktails and craft liqueurs.
