Palace of Sports

The Palace of Sports is one of Ukraine’s leading arenas, hosting major sports and cultural events since 1960. More than 39 million spectators have visited it over the years. The venue has welcomed World and European Championships, international tournaments, concerts by global stars and even Eurovision 2005. Artists such as Britney Spears, Apocalyptica and many others have performed on its stage.

The arena can shift formats with ease — hockey or basketball one day, a concert, business forum or ice show the next. This versatility is what makes the Palace of Sports a key venue for events that draw audiences in the thousands.

The complex is located in central Kyiv, right next to the “Palats Sportu” metro station and not far from Khreshchatyk, making it easy to continue exploring the city after an event.
