- Lounge — 24/7 access to all shared areas without a fixed desk.
- Dedicated Desk — a fixed desk in a shared room with other residents, 24/7 access to all services and shared areas.
- Office — monthly office rentals for teams of 8 or more, with full access to all services and shared areas.
- Hourly Meeting Room Rental — rooms for 4–5 or 8–12 guests, available by the hour.
