Designed with a 1980s Los Angeles vibe, this space occupies the 29th floor of the Gulliver business center, offering panoramic views of the city and room for over 300 residents. Just steps away from Palats Sportu metro station.
Arsenal
The largest Creative States campus, inspired by the spirit of New Orleans. Spread across three floors, it accommodates up to 700 people and features a live tree at its center, cozy lounge areas, hot desks, a kitchen, a terrace, nap rooms, showers, and private business suites. Located just a few minutes’ walk from Arsenalna metro station.
Arsenal 2
A two-story building tailored for business needs. The first floor offers private Business Suites with separate entrances, while the second floor features an open coworking space, lounge areas, meeting rooms, and a spacious kitchen.
